Mercantile 12 is a line of premium-quality goods for the wine country traveler. Our totes, towels, drinkware, wine accessories, and apparel are strong sellers in the wine country tourism space. We sell wholesale to wineries, boutique hotels, gourmet markets, and gift shops, and we also sell retail online. Mercantile 12 is a small team based in south Napa, CA.

 

Working under the direction of the General Manager and the Sales Department, the Account Coordinator is the main contact for our key customers in wineries, resorts, markets and shops all over the West.  Our line of gifts features designs created in-house which can be tailored with a winery name or a location name-drop.

 

Ongoing Responsibilities:

–Account Coordination for Top Clients

–Enters Orders and Answers Order Questions

–Collaborate with Clients & Sales Team on Customization

–Recommend Products to Buyers

–Wholesale Trade Shows & Consumer Events

–Coordinate Customized Projects with Design Department

–Obtain Customer Approval of Designs

–Process Customized Orders Matching Design Specs

–Proof Virtuals From Vendors on all Aspects of production

–Track Order Shipments & Invoice

–Updates CRM System

 –Coordinates with Marketing on Email/Social Campaigns

 

Retail Order Manager

–Process Amazon & Shopify Orders

 

Required Skills:

–Fluent in Office Applications—Excel, Word, Outlook

–Articulate Verbally and in Writing

–Ability to Cost & Source New Items

–Cloud Based Application Experience: CRM a plus

–Knowledge of Printing & Graphics (Vector Files, PMS Colors)

Ideal candidates will exhibit professionalism and personality complementing Mercantile 12’s well-established brand. This is an opportunity with big possibilities for growth as both this position and the company are growing rapidly. 2+ years experience including a college degree, is definitely a plus, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

 

Compensation hourly/DOE for the first 90 days, including attractive incentives, with opportunity to convert to salary with benefits & vacation after 90 days.
